What Supporter access includes

Free video downloads are generally limited to 500MB, while free MP3 output is limited to 100MB. Supporters can use the larger 2GB lane for eligible downloads. - ✓Bigger playlist ZIPs
Up to 30 tracks per ZIP with no daily limit, in a playlist queue of its own. Free access makes ZIPs of up to 10 tracks, 5 a day. One playlist ZIP job can be active at a time. - ✓Dedicated Supporter processing
Supporter jobs use a separate Supporter queue and reserved worker capacity instead of competing only with the public free queue. - ✓Priority handling during overload

Activate your supporter key
Paste a Supporter key: the one shown after your payment, or one we sent you. The real login is stored in a secure HttpOnly cookie.
Important: supporter access is best-effort
Video platforms change often. Downloads can temporarily break because of YouTube/TikTok/Instagram changes, rate limits, network issues, yt-dlp updates, server maintenance, or anti-bot restrictions.
When that happens, NoBsDL may need a few hours for patches, server fixes, cookie updates, or yt-dlp updates. Supporter access gives you a better lane and higher limits, but it is not a 100% guaranteed uptime service.
Supporter terms & refund policy
- Supporter access is a payment-supported benefit for people who want to help keep NoBsDL running.
- Supporters get playlist ZIPs of up to 30 tracks, separate Supporter queue handling with reserved capacity, and downloads up to 2GB.
- NoBsDL cannot guarantee that every video, every platform, every quality, or every download will work at all times.
- External platform changes, rate limits, geo-blocking, deleted/private videos, copyright restrictions, network failures, or maintenance can affect downloads.
- Supporter passes are paid through Stripe Checkout. Your key is created and shown on this page after Stripe confirms the payment, and Supporter turns on in the browser you paid from.
- The key is shown once. If you close the page before seeing it, you can get it once with the email you paid with (see “Paid, but closed the page…” above).
- Supporter access lasts for the pass you bought (15, 30, or 60 days), counted from when the key is first shown, then expires. It is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
- If supporter access does not work for you and you are not happy with it, contact us with your payment details and we will refund your payment when possible through the original payment method.
- Supporter access is not a subscription, resale product, or promise that every platform/video/quality will always work.
- Please do not abuse the supporter lane with automated scraping, resale, credential sharing, or excessive parallel downloads.
